Return Policy
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order. Accessories and First Birthday Packs are final sale/non-returnable. If you do not contact our Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order, you will not be eligible to return the item. Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only. You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns and returns sent back without requested information will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days to respond to your inquiry.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. GLAMBAMBABY is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the delivery courier cannot deliver your item due to the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact your local postal service to re-route the package. If the package has been returned to sender we are happy to re-ship the items again to the correct address or offer store credit.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address, you cannot be refunded or receive a store credit.
All order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Original shipping fees are not refundable unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will be shipped back at no charge. We must first receive your merchandise before anything gets processed. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipping method. All returns are handled within seven business days of receipt at our warehouse. If a refund has been approved, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order.
All store credits automatically expire within one year of date of issuance. If you wish to use your credit after this period of time, we will be happy to re-issue a store credit to you.
